Subscriptions: Birchbox April 2014 Review

 

 

I'm not sure what this was but I thought it was kind of silly. Maybe not the best allocation of resources.

For some reason I forgot to take pictures of the products outside of the box, but I did take this so that'll do.

Gilchrist & Soames Spa Therapy Body Wash - I haven't used this yet but I did smell it and it smells great. It definitely reminds me of walking past a spa- I've never really be in one before, haha.

Paula's Choice RESIST Anti-Aging Clear Skin Hydrator - I'm not really in the market for anti-aging products yet, but I'll always take a face moisturizer since I use that instead of primer before I put makeup on. I tried this on my hand and it was a little goopy/ greasy but I can't give it a fair review until I try it on my face.

Color Club Gala's Gems Collection in Aquamarine Azulino - I would have much rather had the white or pink polishes in this collection but I'll try and make the blue work. It is a nice color for spring. I'll never be disappointed with a mini nail polish sample!

KIND Snacks Healthy Grains Bar in Maple Pumpkin Seeds with Sea Salt - Oh man, this tasted so, so good. But remember that diet I posted that said I shouldn't eat nuts or seeds? Yeah, I paid for this big time. I got some of the most severe stomach pains I've ever had after eating this and they lasted for hours. Never again. :(

theBalm Cosmetics How 'Bout Them Apples Cheek & Lip Cream in Pie - I'm just not into these cheek/ lip creams and tints. I never use red tinted blush and I never use this kind of stuff on my lips. I swatched it and shouldn't have because I should have traded this. Oh well, it's going in the pile of stuff for my sister!
