Trying out a new link-up today!
This week's this or that questions are:
A night without the kids, or a night with well behaved kids?
I love going places with R when she is well behaved so I'd definitely say a night with a well behaved kid. N on the other hand would say a night without the kid for sure. He loves R but whenever he is around she is attatched to him so I can't say I blame him.
Full on tantrum in the grocery store, or tantrum in the movie theater?
Oh I've had many full on tantrums in the grocery store/ Target and a mini one in a theater once (N takes her to the theater by himself now.) I'd say grocery store since you don't have to pay (a billion dollars) to go in and you don't have to be completely quiet. Sitting still and being quiet are R's two biggest challenges by far.
Runny nose, runny bum?
Oh god runny nose no question!
Self done haircut, self done sharpie tattoo?
Oh you mean like these?
Sharpie tattoo for sure. Since I have actual tattoos R is often wanting her own body artwork. I'd prefer to put it on her myself, or that she use something washable, but this has happened more than a few times. I would fall over dead if (when??) she cut her hair. It's never been cut (she was born with a super mullet so her bangs are just now growing out) and I don't plan on cutting it pretty much ever.
Furbaby Questions:
1. Pet boarding or Pet Sitters?
Sitters. Boarding is too expensive and I don't like the idea of my pup having to be in any cage or kennel that isn't his own crate.
2. Dry food or wet food?
Dry food for sure. I actually had my old dog get colitis from wet food. Apparently it actually dries out their intestinal track? Sounds strange but that's what my vet told me. It was super painful for my poor pup and I hated going through it.
3. Cleaning up vomit or cleaning up the squirts?
Uggh! Neither, haha. Well I suppose the squirts because even though I'd do it gagging uncontrollably with my shirt pulled up over my nose I just can't clean up dog vomit- or any vomit in general. My phobia definitely extends to animals throwing up.
4. Grooming your pets yourself or going to a groomer?
I do like the in-between of going to the do-it-yourself pet wash places, but I liked that with my Pomeranian, and he was 12lbs. Since Hank is pushing 90 I'd MUCH rather have a groomer give him a bath and a brush. He's gone to the groomers twice already and is a rockstar. Hopefully he keeps being good there because Berners have long beautiful adult coats that need lots of grooming!
OMG I love it. My daughter had a mullet forever! Thanks for linking up!!
